This morning, while reading the Real Estate news, I came across this article: “Homebuyers Important rule to keep in mind – Don’t buy more home than you can afford” from the www.UTSanDiego.com website and I couldn’t agree more.  The Bay Area home market is back on the rise with some sections of the Bay Area boasting home sales upward of 25% above the peak.  Such positive news for the Bay Area real estate market can drive potential home buyers to get caught up in the frenzy thinking “I have to buy as much as possible before I can’t afford it!”  The truth is, buying more than you can afford can end in ultimate disappointment i.e. the loss of your investment all together.  Let’s learn from the bursting of the “Real Estate Bubble” … Continue reading…
